Carly
started
her
dance/singing
training
when she
was 4
years of
age at
Keane
Kids
Studios
in
Ultimo.
At the
age of
9, she
attended
the
Janice
Breen
Performance
Studio
followed
by a
period
with
‘Dynamite’
and a
year
full
time at
Brent
Street
School
of the
Performing
Arts
under
choreographers
such as
Kelly
Abbey
(So You
Think
You Can
Dance)
and Dein
Perry
(Tap
Dogs/Bootmen).
Carly
also
attended
the
Newtown
High
School
of the
Performing
Arts
from
year 7.
Her
vocal
training
was with
Patricia
Thompson
(Little
Patti)
and
Dianne
Donovan,
acting/drama
with
Malcolm Frawley.
Carly
has
appeared
on
television
in Home
and
Away, A
Country
Practice,
Breakers
and in
the
feature film ‘As
Happy as
Larry’.
Carly’s
stage
and
theatre
credentials
include:
The
opening
of the
Australian
Dance
Awards,
performances
with
Warner
Bros,
Variety
Heart
Awards
(with
Kylie
Minogue),
Carols
in the
Domain,
NSW
State
Dance
Company
(2
years),
amateur
theatre
‘Annie’
and
toured
Australia
for 12
months
as one
of the
cast in
the
stage
musical
‘Shout’
starring
David
Campbell.
|
Carly has also
performed at the
opening ceremony
of the Sydney
Olympic Games in
‘Bootmen’ and
the opening of
Fox Studios.
Carly is an
accomplished
singer/entertainer and has
her own Cabaret
Show where she
performs at
various licensed
clubs in NSW
(Agent: Skeed
Entertainment).
Carly teaches
ballet, tap,
jazz, hip hop,
singing and
choreographs
performance
classes. Carly
has completed
examinations in
ballet (R.A.D.)
and attained a Certificate IV
in Performing
Arts majoring in
musical theatre
and dance.

Sean Mahony |
|
|
 |
Sean
is a graduate of
Brent Street School
of Performing Arts,
and studied
contemporary at
Victorian College of
Arts and The Edge in
Los Angeles. Sean
also studied music
at Sing Over King
Sydney.
Some career
highlights include
the Assasins, Les
Miserables and
danced with the
likes of Deni Hines,
Marcia Hines, Tina
Arena and The Real
Blondes. Sean has
performed in
Australia and
overseas with Rhythm
on Tap and The
Australian Ballet.
He recently
travelled overseas
for Princess Cruises
working on their
inaugural seasons
with world known
choreographers Karen
Bruce and Danny
Teason. His
television credits
include The People’s
Choice Awards,
Carols in the
Domain, Home and
Away and The Kerry
Anne Show.
Sean is very
creative, energetic
and an excellent
choreographer. On
Stage Studios is
proud to have Sean
as part of the
teaching staff.

Lian
is a
registered RAD
(Royal Academy of
Dance) ballet
teacher as well as a
qualified acrobatics
teacher.
She took her first
class in 1989 and
has not stopped
taking classes
since. After leaving
school, Lian went on
to further her
training in the
performing arts full
time at Brent Street
Studios.
When she is not
taking classes or
studying she can be
performing at
different events all
over Sydney.
She loves performing
but no matter how
far her career leads
her, her heart will
always be with her
students. On Stage Studios is
proud to have Lian
teaching
again in 2016. |

Taylor has been
dancing and singing
at On stage Studios
since 2005.
She was Intermediate
Performer of the
Year in 2007 and
Senior
Performer of
the
Year in 2010
and Student of the
year in 2011
Taylor is a very
accomplished and
dedicated performer
and in 2010 won the
senior age group
solo singing contest
at the Stage Fever
Eisteddfod.
Taylor has been a
senior performer
with the On Stage
Studios Show Group
and will be
assisting
and
choreographing
classes this year.
Taylor has studied at Brent
Street performing
Arts school to
further her career
in the performing
arts. |

Tamara is a former
Student of On Stage
Studios with a
passion for the
Dramatic Arts.
In 2001 Tamara featured
in the stage
production of
Cinderella at the
State Theatre
alongside Bert
Newton. Tamara has
featured in many other amateur
theatre productions
during her short
career.
Tamara has a strong
creative imagination
focusing on
expression and
communication, both
verbally and
physically. She is
also an accomplished
dancer.
Tamara
has a Bachelor of
Education (Sydney
University) majoring
in Drama and has furthered
her acting interests
part time at the National
Institute of
Dramatic Arts (NIDA)
and the Actors
Centre Australia. |
